TERMS & CONDITIONS:   

To secure your dates we will need to take a  25% non-refundable deposit, once this has been received your dates will be confirmed

The full remaining balance has to be paid 4 weeks before your chosen dates. if the client cancels the booking after the remaining amount has been paid they won't be refunded. If you fail to pay your remaining balance then your dates will be lost with your 25% deposit not being returned to you. 

The client has to inform the chalet they have booked that they have hired a private chef to come in and cater.  We also ask for the chalet's name and contact details so we can get in touch with them to arrange entry to the chalet before your arrival. if Bang On Catering breaks anything in the kitchen they will replace it, Bang on can;t be held responsible for anything broken by the clients. 

All payments must be made in euros and by bank transfer, we don’t take credit card 

To book, fill in our booking form online, read through the T&Cs, and pay the 25% non-refundable deposit. Once this has been paid your booking is confirmed and your dates are held for you. At the time of booking the client must inform Bang On of any Diary requirements if known at the time of booking and no later than 2 weeks before their booking starts. if Bang On hasn’t been informed of all dirty requirements before starting the booking they can't be held responsible for any allergic reactions. 

The lead booker must ensure the full amount is paid within the timeline. 

The menu on the website is just a simple menu and might change once you get to resort

if Bang On has to cancel your booking for any reason after the final amount has been paid then this will be refunded to you but not the 25% non-refundable deposit.
